Flank Steak Tacos


Chimichurri Sauce:

Handful Cilantro
Handful Parsley
1 Tsp. Red pepper flakes
1 Garlic clove
2 Tbsp. Lime Juice
Black Pepper
¼ Cup Olive Oil

Cilantro Lime Marinade:

Handful Cilantro
½ Cup Lime Juice
3 Garlic Cloves
1 tsp. Onion Powder
1 tsp. Garlic powder
1 tbsp. Chili powder
½ Cup Olive oil
blood orange juice

Additional Items:

Slab of Flank Steak
8 Corn Tortillas
Queso Fresco to sprinkle
1 Blood Orange quartered


      1. Mix all cilantro lime marinade ingredients together in a food processor.
        2. Pour in a Ziploc bag and add flank steak. Set in the fridge overnight.
          3. In a food processor mix all chimichurri sauce ingredients and set aside until ready to use.
            4. Grill flank steak to personal liking. Let set for 5 minutes. Slice.
              5. Heat tortillas in a pan. Double them up so they don’t break.
                6. Construct taco with Flank steak, Chimichurri sauce, cheese and top with squeezed blood orange. Enjoy!
